Your ordering page is a quick overview of your business-specific items, but you can still always order any items from our site: bouquets, vase arrangements, vases/gifts, and greeting cards! Simply use the same checkout process and discount code as you normally would.

For a sure guarantee, please place orders at least 24-hours in advance. Order with less or same-day notice may be possible - give us a call or swing by our Union Station kiosk to check availability before placing your order online!

Landfall is open Monday-Friday. Pre-ordered items for weekends are available for morning delivery on Saturdays, but upon order handoff, flower quality, freshness and care is out of our control. Orders for weekends should be ordered by end of day on Friday. *NOTE STARTING JAN 1, LANDFALL WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE SATURDAY DELIVERIES. ALL WEEKEND ORDERS MUST BE PLACED BY EOD THURSDAY FOR FRIDAY PICKUP.

As a wholesale customer and valued partner, your orders will be given a discount and no tax applied to your orders. Your discount will be applied to your bi-weekly invoices.

Pre-orders will be complete and ready for pickup at Landfall's opening at 10am and available until closing at 5:30pm. Our flowers should last 3-6 days, but we recommend picking up as close to the time of use as possible to ensure freshness!

Looking for something specific? A bouquet full of peonies or vased arrangement featuring sunflowers? Flower prices and availability vary widely, so send your inquiry to emilly@landfallfloral.com with all details, including budget. We'll let you know what's possible!

Changes happen, we get it! Order cancellations can be requested up to 24-hours in advance of the order date without charge. As we begin order preparation 1 day in advance, we cannot accommodate order cancellations with any less than 24-hours notice.
