About the Maker

Red Cap Cards is a Los Angeles–based studio founded by creative partners Hal Mertz and Carrie Gifford. Rooted in a love of illustration, design, and storytelling, they collaborate with hand-picked artists—many from the worlds of children’s books, animation, and fine art—to create witty, visually striking stationery. Each card is printed in the USA on recycled heavyweight cardstock, often finished with offset printing and gold foil.
