If your first order is scheduled for a special date, subsequent deliveries will align with our Wednesday cadence.

How Subscriptions work
How does billing work?
Subscriptions are billed automatically prior to each delivery using the payment method provided at checkout. Orders renew every 2 or 4 weeks based on your selection.
When are deliveries made?
Land of Flowers deliveries take place on Wednesdays.
If your first order is scheduled for a specific occasion (such as a birthday), future deliveries will align with our Wednesday subscription schedule.
Can I skip a delivery?
Yes. You may skip an upcoming delivery through your subscription portal before the next billing date.
Can I pause or cancel?
You may pause, update, or cancel your subscription anytime prior to billing.
What if I’m out of town?
Simply skip that week before billing and resume when you’re ready.
Can I choose specific flowers or colors?
Land of Flowers is florist’s choice and designed seasonally. We select what is most beautiful and compelling at market that week and design in our signature natural style.
Do I need to return the vase?
For vase subscriptions, yes. Please leave your previous vase out and accessible at delivery to maintain subscription pricing. Normal wear is expected.
What if I miss a vase return?
Unreturned or damaged vases may incur a replacement fee. Repeated missing vases may result in pricing adjustments.
Can I change my delivery address?
Yes. Address updates can be made through your subscription portal before billing.
Can I gift a subscription?
Please do! Simple enter the recipient’s delivery address at checkout. Gift subscriptions renew until canceled.
Do subscriptions continue through holidays?
Yes. Your subscription continues on its regular cadence. We may offer optional holiday upgrades in advance of major floral holidays.
Can I have my order regularly prepared for another day of the week (e.g. Thursday or Friday)?
Land of Flowers is structured around Wednesday fulfillment to maintain consistency in sourcing and production. For specific-date needs, we’re always happy to assist with one-time orders.
